Work was slightly better today, but that doesn't mean the situation is okay. There is so much I could say on the matter, but I don't even feel like it. I do wonder what they know about me, however, and furthermore, if there are "reasons" why I haven't gotten my raise yet. At least I know that Lora has contacted more people about it, but I don't even expect to get it anymore. I'll just be the lowest paid shift supervisor in Brooks history.

I wish I had other options. . .

I went to Petsmart today, just to look. I think I am going to just get a glass aquarium instead of a fancy plastic cage. I'm not getting a critter right away though anyway.

I wanted to go look at basses, but I didn't feel like having every male employee approach me, asking if there was anything I wanted to try. I swear I'm just going to pick whichever one looks nicest. How bad can it sound? I can always bs and say I tried one earlier. All I know is I am NOT playing a single note with anyone around. Every time I do go in there people are sitting around busting out crazy bass solos, so if you think I'm playing any of the few, sinfully easy songs I know, you're wrong.

Well, that's about it. I think tomorrow's entry is going to be the last one I write in this blog, and no, I haven't started the new one yet. And don't forget that I'm NOT going to have Internet starting Saturday until who knows when. So you're going to have to call me (or I may call you, but :p) or just not hear from me for awhile.
